We're always looking for new ways to encourage dog owners to pick up after their pets. Honiton Forward recently ran a poster design competition asking children from Honiton to come up with an eyecatching design that will be made into signs to display around the town. The chairman Jason Hannay presented Rosie, the winner of the poster competition, with a voucher for the Honiton Pottery Workshop and a bag of goodies supplied by 'Devon Loves Dogs' and Honiton Forward.

Dog fouling has been an increasing issue in towns during lockdown so Honiton Forward are working with East Devon Council who have agreed to produce some posters using Rosie's design for placing in various areas to help get the message across about the importance of scooping the poop.
